Cambo Tickets, Cambodia’s first Online Ticket aggregators approached us with a Travel idea that made Taxi, Bus and Ferry booking easier for the people in Cambodia. We were thrilled to get started with this product as this was going to uplift the tourism sector by making bookings smoother in Cambodia.
We know everyone values speed and simplicity, so we designed a wireframe that promotes hassle free bookings. We worked on a simple search function that was flexible based on the travelers needs. A few clicks provided quick and relevant details based on the traveler’s current itinerary.
Cambo Tickets brought in a new travel concept in Cambodia. We had to setup a safe and reliable payment gateway, so the people don’t have to face issues whenever they make payments online.
Since Cambo Tickets was the first travel site, we knew people would have questions with the services. We enabled the Chat feature on the website so that people can connect with the staff and get answers right away!
One could now book their next trip anytime by logging into the website. Once the user logs in, the website transforms into a personal travel agent that keeps records of the previous bookings and cancellations. They can pay for tickets with the Cash On Delivery option as an agent from Cambo Ticket will drop by to handover the tickets.
To keep the website experience consistent, it is important that the website performance does not change with devices. Responsive design is User Expectations and we worked to not disappoint them.
We offered a smooth and delightful experience across all platforms.
CamboTicket became the largest travel platform in Cambodia, including routes to/from Laos, Vietnam and Thailand.
