Q. Okay, how do you price your services ?: A. Pricing the Web or Animation depends on many factors, nature of work, programming required, how big is the project, how much time will it take & more. Branding projects typically range from $150-$1000, depending on the branding packages. We want to know all about the project first, then we calculate how much time will it take to complete the project. The procedure goes through some steps. We have a project proposal form or alternatively you can fill this project building form online.
Q. Do you give discounts if someone brings multiple projects to you ?: A. Yes! There's a discount for multiple projects. Once you are regular with us, we will give you good discounts. The larger the volume, the larger the discount. Let us know what you need. If you have a few projects with you right now, please provide details. We will get back to you with the discounted quote.
Q. Do you take outsourced projects ?: A. Oh yes! It doesn't matter where in the world you are, we love to work on projects & you have our assurance that you'll always get the best from us.
Q. How do we work on a project ?: A. You fill in all your requirements regarding the project -> We send you the proposal -> You deposit the advance -> Thankyou! Now we work on the mocks/prototypes -> You give your thoughts & confirm the design -> We work on further stages -> We give you updates -> You approve them -> Project finishes, you approve it -> You pay the balance amount -> We give the source files to you -> We give you a very strong support in implementation, troubleshooting and organizational change.
Q. How do you deliver my work ?: A. The "working files" are usually zipped and emailed to you. Also, we can host your projects for you on your server. If you need the files in CD or DVD media, we do that for you. Although CDs & DVD's are on the house, but, we have to charge you for the shipping costs.
Q. Do you provide domain or hosting services ?: A. Yes we provide domain & hosting services too. We can open accounts on your behalf & maintain them for you. Some of our preferred hosts are: Bagfull (affordable-reliable, very good support), Media Temple, Host Gator, Joyent. If you need a new domain & hosting account, we can do it for you.

Q. What do I have ownership of ?

A. Everything that we make for you. However, pre-made features or modules like forums, frameworks which are labelled as open source, and paid services belong to their developers/providers only. Hence you can't claim ownership for such deliverables. What we do for you, you own it all.

Q. How can I pay ?

A. We prefer PayPal. Also, you can alternatively pay via bank transfers, drafts, cheques, cash etc.

Q. When do I pay you ?

A. On smaller/short-term projects: We'd take an advance payment(mostly 50% of the total cost) as soon as we start on the project. When the project is finished on the timeline, you pay us the balance amount & we deliver files to you.
On bigger/Long-term projects: We split the project in multiple "milestones". As soon as we reach 1 milestone, you pay us for that & we start on next milestones until the project finishes.
For our trusted partners and clients: We have flexible payment procedures with you.

Q. Will you sign Non-Disclosure Agreement NDA ?

A. Yes. If you dont want to disclose that we are working/worked for you for any reason, we will sign a NDA for you. We charge fees for NDA though.

Q. Do you care for my reputation if I Outsource my clients' projects to you?

A. Yes we do care! If you request us that you don't want us to show the work we've done for you. We only demand your appreciation and let you have the accolades of your valuable client.

Q. Do you do revisions ?

A. Yes. If we've missed something to be done, we'll sort it out. We work to make you happy & we strive for that.

Q. Do you use previous resources for Overhauling an existing (say) website? Does that trim my budget ?

A. It depends on the requirements. If you want to overhaul it completely, that is the design & development, we dont take anything from your previous site. But, if you want some changes like "validating the xhtml & CSS code", changing static website to dynamic, on CMS like Wordpress, Joomla etc. we charge according to that.

Q. Can I monitor the progress of my assignment undertaken by you? How often? Will you show me the prototypes/ beta tests?
